This class will help women from all walks of life to live a full and abundant life as they are educated on making wiser decisions in their relationships. You will gain more self worth, improve communications, and live a richer life in Christ Jesus as we discuss and practice biblical principles to healthy boundaries. We will use Dondi Scumaci’s book Ready, Set, Grow as our recommended reference for class.

Today’s headlines leave us wondering if Islam is truly a religion of peace or an ideology to be feared while millions of Muslims perish without finding a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. In this class you will learn how to interact with Muslims in various social settings as ambassadors of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  The cost is $25 plus books.

Join us for one of Dr. Sharp’s most exciting field trips to the Arbuckle Mountains, Saturday, September 18, located in Davis, Oklahoma!  The Covenant Church caravan will meet at the Carrollton Campus west parking lot at 7:15am, or if you prefer to meet us at the Arbuckle Mountains, directions will be provided when you sign up online for this event.  There are four stops to this fun-filled excursion that begins at 9:45am and ends around 3:00pm.  The cost is $15.00/person or $25.00/family of three or more. You’ll be amazed when you hear the Biblical viewpoint and observe Flood Geology, enjoy a picnic lunch, dig for fossils and much more!  Please pack your own lunch, blanket for the picnic, and a little extra money for the fossil dig!  You’ll pay when you arrive at our first destination.  Once you sign up for this event online, you’ll receive detailed instructions and a release form for signature. Each Sunday morning, Covenant Community Outreach volunteers walk into the jail cells of the Dallas County Juvenile Detention Center to touch young offenders with the power and love of Christ. We are looking for volunteers who will give one Sunday morning a month to change the life of a teenager. We leave from the Covenant Life Centre parking lot at 8:00 am and return to campus in time for second service. There are also opportunities for Friday night times as well. The Dallas County Juvenile Department requires all volunteers to complete a training class and this is the LAST TRAINING Class for the year.
