About Us
Who We Are
Covenant Church was founded in 1976 by Pastors Mike and Kathy Hayes in Carrollton, Texas. With a promise from God and a passion for reaching this community, Covenant Church grew from a small gathering in Old Town Carrollton to multiple campuses across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
We are a diverse group of people that gathers to get to know Jesus better. We love to hang out in small groups doing the things we enjoy because we believe that spiritual maturity and emotional growth result from genuine relationships. We know God created us for a purpose, and we love that the environment of Covenant Church helps us discover that purpose and put it into action. When we are whole and have a healthy relationship with God and His people, we will be empowered to make a difference in the lives of those around us. We are excited to meet you and invite you to belong to a community of Christ-followers, pursuing His best for our lives.
Lead Pastors
Stacey & Amie Dockery
Our Lead Pastors, Stacey & Amie Dockery, have a heart to see the local church grow in their understanding of the Word and relationship with Jesus. Their foremost desire is for every person to be connected to their God-given purpose and thriving in life. Amie has been a part of Covenant Church from its beginning and since marriage, she and Stacey raised their four children here and have been an integral part of the ministry team. Serving as Lead Pastors, their personal mandate is to honor the past, order the present and preserve the future. They are committed to Jesus’ command to make disciples of all nations and are excited for the presence of God we experience each week at Covenant.

Covenant Church was founded in 1976 by Pastors Mike and Kathy Hayes in Carrollton, Texas. With just a dream and a promise from God, Covenant Church grew from a single campus in Carrollton to multiple campuses across the DFW Metroplex.
We are a diverse group of people that gathers together to get to know Jesus better. We love to hang out in small groups doing the things we enjoy because we believe that freedom is found through our relationships. We know that God created us for a purpose and we love that the environment of Covenant Church helps us to discover what that purpose is. When we are whole and healthy in our relationship with God and His people, we will be empowered to make a difference in the lives of those around us.
