The oldest child and only daughter of pioneering visionaries, Pastors Mike & Kathy Hayes, Amie’s entire life has been invested in Christian Ministry. Amie has spent her life building the large non-profit corporation of Covenant Church, a two-campus organization that spans North Texas and the world online. Since 1976, Amie has followed and witnessed as her parents gathered, empowered and implemented resources to elevate the lives of thousands. She met her husband Stacey, while pursuing an English Degree at Lee University in Cleveland, TN. Married now for over 26 years, Amie and Stacey have four children and live in the Dallas, TX area. Although Amie is a renowned speaker, her work at Covenant has been her primary passion for her entire life. This passion is evident in Amie’s longevity in the many roles she’s held within the organization throughout the decades (since 1991).

Amie’s strategic foresight, creative revelation and prophetic edge give her unique insight into the Word of God and how it shapes the modern Believer. With wisdom beyond her years, Amie is not afraid to address the most relevant and challenging issues facing Christians today. With her unique ability to help people visualize her message, as well as her humorous true-to-life stories, Amie inspires people to move beyond their current situations to reach their full potential. Amie now holds the lead board seat for this organization and is responsible for creating and developing the trends and vision of Covenant, as well as the programs from the creative to the concrete.

When she’s not immersed in the work of Covenant Church, she is writing books, engaging in entrepreneurial partnerships, empowering and teaching other leaders that work in the same field of non-profit work and watching her four grown-children flourish.
