Audio Engineer – Part Time
The Audio Engineer positions at Covenant Church will create a well-balanced mix and deliver sound that lives up to the standard of Covenant Church. The Audio Engineer’s goal is to go unnoticed. At both campuses they will be responsible for knowing the routing of each worship center, taking care of all worship team needs from an audio standpoint and mic’ing the speaking pastor / speaker. They will also be the point of contact for the campus youth and kids’ room if they have any issues so an ability to troubleshoot is a must. Will also be responsible for training and developing Dream Teamers to help build the audio team. The primary responsibility will be on Sunday’s and may include other meetings such as Staff Chapel. There may be additional special events and projects that will be scheduled through the central support team.
This position is part-time (never more than 29 hours/week) with non-traditional work schedules and are not guaranteed a specific on-going schedule or number of hours each week.

Event Childcare Associate
The main role of this position is the care and nurture of children ages 0 through elementary age during special church classes and events during the week and occasionally on weekends. This role is part-time working up to 14 hours/week and has non-traditional working hours which are scheduled as needed and does not guarantee a number of hours or length of employment. This position will report directly to the Event Childcare Coordinator.
The Event Childcare Associate is expected to continue volunteering in their active serving area. This role is not intended to take away from an individual’s serving the Lord with their time, talent and treasure.

TLC TEAM / FULL TIME POSITION
Teachers at the Learning Center create a nurturing (and fun!) educational environment for little ones enrolled at TLC, aged six weeks to five years old.

Children’s Ministry Curriculum Coordinator
The Children’s Ministry Curriculum Coordinator collaborates closely with Children’s Pastors, Directors, and Coordinators to research, develop, create, adapt, and implement “life-giving” age-appropriate curriculum for Children’s Ministry. This role also involves providing training, resources, and leadership development for the Sunday experience of Children’s Ministry leaders. This is a full-time position with approximately 40 hours per week, working normal business hours Sunday – Thursday, and may require non-traditional hours, occasional nights, and special events. The position reports directly to the Pastors of Children’s Ministry.
