Our Retreat Facility Supervisor plays a pivotal role in making the ranch a place where people can get away, find peace, and hear from God.

Who you are:

• A creative problem solver, with an eye for detail
• A safety nut, who works well with a team and also knows how to fly solo
• A positive person with a heart for the ministry
• A demonstrated leader, with an ability to strategize and properly communicate projects
• Someone who can lift a little and knows how to operate machinery

What you’ll do:

• Oversee regular maintenance of the property grounds/facilities
• Handle equipment maintenance and repair
• Get the lodge ready for retreat guests, including minor repairs, equipment prep, and trash removal
• Provide property security, completing rounds to prevent trespassing
• Work non-traditional hours as needed
